BHS Series
Manufactured by Yangzhou Hengchun Electronics Co., Ltd., the BHS Series Diaphragm Type Pneumatic Actuator is a high-performance pneumatic control device that converts pneumatic pressure signals into precise linear displacement and output force via elastic diaphragms. As a core pneumatic actuator for industrial valve control, it directly drives the spool movement of control valves and globe valves, realizing accurate continuous regulation and on-off control of key process parameters including fluid flow rate, pressure and temperature. Classified into spring-return (single-acting) and double-acting types, the single-acting version is specially engineered for emergency shut-off (ESD) working conditions, making it a reliable choice for industrial safety control. With a maximum single action thrust of 93KN at 5Bar pressure, this series stands out in heavy-duty industrial applications.
The actuator features a rated operating pressure of 0.4-0.8MPa (0.6MPa for common use) and a pressure withstanding strength of 1.5 times the rated pressure. With 3 minutes of pressure holding without leakage or deformation, ensuring stable operation under high-pressure conditions.
Adopting high-quality materials (QT450 ductile iron/cast aluminum cylinder block, aluminum alloy piston, NBR/FKM seals). The actuator achieves ultra-low leakage rates, meeting the strict industrial sealing standards for the back pressure side and shaft end.
It has a service life of ≥50,000 opening-closing cycles under rated load, with a standard operating temperature of -20℃~+80℃ and customizable low/high temperature versions (-40℃~+80℃/-20℃~+120℃). The protection grade reaches IP65/IP67, with optional Exd II BT4/CT4 explosion-proof grade for hazardous environments.
Equipped with complete standard and optional accessories, it supports bracket/flange mounting methods. Complying with national connection standards, and can be seamlessly matched with various industrial valves.
