Yangzhou Hengchun Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994, formerly known as Yangzhou Hengchun Communication Equipment Factory. It is a national-level specialized, refined, characteristic, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise, an industry leader, and a high-tech enterprise, focusing on the R&D, production and sales of products in multiple fields such as electronics, machinery, communications, and software development. With a registered capital of 110 million RMB and fixed assets exceeding 150 million RMB, the company is headquartered in Hanjiang Industrial Park, Yangzhou, covering an area of 40,000 square meters (60 mu) with a workshop construction area of over 38,000 square meters. Taking advantage of the core industrial location advantages of the Yangtze River Delta, abundant industrial resources and solid talent reserves, the company has built a comprehensive service system covering the entire industrial chain, with a core focus on fluid control and automated actuation system solutions.

  • Launch: Leveraging Technology to Enter the Communications Sector

     
    Backed by the technical resources of the 721 Research Institute, Yangzhou Hengchun Communication Equipment Factory was officially established. It focused on the R&D and production of single-type public telephone fare meters, filling the supply gap of single-type public communication terminal equipment in the region at that time and taking the first step in the company’s development.

    It independently completed the full-process design and development of IC card public telephones and supporting management systems, and quickly realized large-scale mass production. With stable performance and high cost-effectiveness, it gradually replaced the previously market-reliant imported similar products, establishing a firm foothold in the public communication terminal sector.

  • Upgrade: Expanding the Entity & Enhancing the Technical Team

     
    To break through technical bottlenecks and expand business boundaries, "Yangzhou Hengchun Technology Development Co., Ltd." was formally established. Simultaneously, it recruited high-end technical talents from the communication fields of Huawei and ZTE, focusing on the R&D and production of intelligent network public telephones, achieving a leapfrog upgrade in the company’s technical strength.
