CKDII Series
The CKDII Series Intelligent Multi-turn Electric Actuator is a cutting-edge industrial automation valve control device independently developed by Yangzhou Hengchun Electronics Co., Ltd., a leading China manufacturer of industrial actuators. Engineered with a high-precision worm gear transmission system, high-efficiency AC squirrel cage motor and integrated intelligent control unit, this electric actuator delivers zero-delay command response and ultra-stable operation for industrial valves. It is specially designed for gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves and slide valves, and features seamless integration with mainstream industrial control systems via multi-bus communication modules. With an IP68 protection rating and explosion-proof performance up to Exd II CT6, the CKDII Series excels in extreme working conditions, becoming a core component for safe and efficient industrial operation in power, petrochemical, metallurgy and marine engineering fields.

Equipped with a tempered glass window and innovative dual-screen display technology (dot matrix + segment display), it offers rich operational parameter visualization. A magnetoelectric multi-turn absolute position encoder with a 10,000-turn detection stroke ensures high-precision valve position sensing, and a smart battery management system maintains continuous valve position display during power failure.
The actuator provides 31 fault diagnosis functions (motor overheating, phase loss, over-torque alarm, etc.) and multiple preventive fault diagnosis features including temperature and torque trend analysis, enabling real-time monitoring of 10 types of status information for intelligent risk control.
It fully supports mainstream bus protocols (Autbus, Profibus-DP, Modbus, FF, Hart) and Bluetooth communication for wireless data interaction and program upgrade. The plug-and-play card design and anti-vibration circuit board bracket simplify on-site maintenance, while the dual-sealing structure enhances overall sealing performance and expands mechanical cavity for easy component installation.

Hengchun Actuator adheres to strict international quality standards for the CKDII Series Intelligent Multi-turn Electric Actuator, which complies with 2004/08/EC (Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive) and 2006/95/EC (Low Voltage Directive), as well as EN 61000 harmonized standards. All end cover fastening bolts use stainless steel, and the standard pickling phosphating + electrostatic powder spraying coating ensures excellent corrosion resistance (WF2 anti-corrosion rating for marine use). For after-sales guarantee, we provide an 18-month warranty for the whole actuator and a 24-month warranty for core components (motor, controller, encoder, etc.), with lifelong professional maintenance service after the warranty period. Free installation videos and remote technical guidance are available for all customers.
It operates stably at Jinneng Changzhi Power Plant (ambient temperature >100°C, medium temperature >400°C) with a split-type design. At Xinjiang Beitun Oil Depot (-49°C minimum) with an OLED display that works without preheating at -50°C and low-temperature silicone rubber seals.
Adopted in CNOOC Weizhou Drilling Platform and Offshore Platform 196. It features 316L stainless steel components and IP66 protection, adapting to high-salt-spray and high-humidity marine environments.
Applied to the primary desuperheating water regulating valve of Xuzhou Mining Group Power Plant (400+ adjustments/hour). It supports a maximum actuation frequency of 1200 times/hour with PID control algorithm and wear-resistant worm gears.
