Recently, the HQF Series Fast Closing Electric Actuators, jointly developed by Yangzhou Hengchun Electronics Co., Ltd., PipeChina South China Branch and Xi’an Jiaotong University, have successfully passed the authoritative expert on-site appraisal at Yangzhou Hengchun’s manufacturing base.
The expert panel conducted a comprehensive review of the company’s production facilities, professional test data and field application records, and formally issued an official appraisal report to recognize the product’s technical maturity and practical performance.
Custom-built for ESD emergency shutdown scenarios of oil & gas transmission pipelines, this electric actuator adopts a spring-return design, modular construction and intelligent electronic control system. It has overcome core technical bottlenecks such as high-torque rapid shutoff, long-time valve position retention after power failure, excellent anti-interference capability and mechanical shock resistance.
The product has completed full-type qualification testing and acceptance, and acquired professional explosion-proof certification. It was officially put into industrial field operation in July 2022. As of April 2026, the actuator has achieved over 1,100 days of continuous stable operation with reliable performance, fully verified by complete field application reports.
Up to now, the project has obtained 9 invention patents and 6 utility model patents, accompanied by an official scientific and technological novelty search report. All core technologies are 100% independently developed and fully controllable.
Key product parameters:
✅ Maximum output torque: 3000Nm
✅ Fast reset closing time: within 8 seconds
✅ Valve position display retention after power loss: more than 72 hours
With superior overall performance compared with imported equivalent products, our HQF series only costs around 50% of imported alternatives. This groundbreaking achievement breaks the long-term foreign market monopoly, accelerates the localization process of energy equipment, and provides solid technical and equipment support for the safe and stable operation of national energy infrastructure.
