    A Please contact us first. We work with qualified freight forwarders and shipping companies, and coordinate the whole process including customs clearance and insurance claims. In case of major disputes, we will assist in liaising with relevant authorities to fully protect your rights and interests.
  • Q Will the goods be detained due to the conflict?

    A The probability is extremely low. We avoid high-risk routes and ports, clearly state that the products are for non-military use, and verify document compliance in advance to avoid detention risks from the source. If any abnormality occurs, we can coordinate and resolve it quickly.
  • Q How do you guarantee delivery?

    A We prioritize air freight for urgent orders, or sea/multimodal transport via ports in Oman to bypass high-risk areas. We prepare all customs clearance documents in advance, including mandatory certifications such as Saudi SABER and EMC test reports, and take out war risk insurance. We track cargo status in real time to ensure delivery control. With mature processes, we have extensive experience in Middle East project deliveries.
  • Q Q: What are the key points of daily maintenance for the actuator?

    A: Regularly check the sealing parts (such as O-rings) and the lubrication state of transmission parts, and clean the wiring terminals; calibrate the torque protection, limit switch and feedback accuracy quarterly, and record the operation data to facilitate fault prediction.
  • Q Q: How to purchase original spare parts? What are the precautions for replacement?

    A: Purchase through official channels or authorized distributors and provide the product model and spare parts code; after replacing key components such as encoders and motors, the valve position and torque parameters must be recalibrated to ensure normal communication and feedback.
  • Q Q: How long is the product warranty period? How to handle man-made damage?

    A A: The warranty period for core components is usually 12-24 months (subject to the contract agreement); non-man-made faults are repaired free of charge, and parts and labor fees are charged for man-made damage or out-of-warranty maintenance. Paid extended warranty service is provided.
  • Q Q: How to obtain technical support in case of equipment failure?

    A A: Call the official after-sales hotline and provide the product model, fault phenomenon, alarm code and on-site working conditions; the engineers will guide the troubleshooting remotely. On-site service will be arranged if necessary, and the core components will be repaired and replaced free of charge within the warranty period.
  • Q Q: How to ensure the adaptation to the valve during installation?

    A A: Check the coincidence of the drive shaft sleeve groove and the hollow output shaft key, and fix the bearing retainer firmly; the connecting flange of the actuator and the valve must be cleaned, and the bolts should be tightened evenly to avoid eccentric load.
  • Q Q: What technical parameters need to be provided for product selection?

    A: It is required to provide the rated torque of the valve, flange size, valve stem diameter/thread, control mode (on-off/analog/digital), feedback mode, power supply mode and medium working conditions, etc.
