CKDJ Series
The CKDJ Series Part-turn Electric Actuator is a high-performance industrial valve actuator engineered by Yangzhou Hengchun Electronics, a leading China manufacturer of fluid control equipment. Specialized for quarter-turn valves including butterfly valves, ball valves and dampers, this intelligent electric actuator features a standard rotation range of 0–90°, extendable to 90°–300° on demand, integrating advanced digital control and reliable mechanical transmission in one unit. Available in on-off (S2-15min duty cycle) and regulating (S4-25% duty cycle) versions, it excels in complex industrial environments and hazardous areas with frequent start-stop operations, and is fully compatible with DCS/PLC systems for precise remote valve control, becoming a core automation solution for industrial valve regulation.
Adopts a non-intrusive design with Hall-effect sensing knobs and infrared remote control, enabling parameter configuration and status monitoring without opening the electrical enclosure. Effectively preventing dust and moisture ingress and suiting explosive hazardous areas.
Equipped with industrial-grade microprocessors and non-contact magnetoelectric sensors, it achieves ±0.5% positioning accuracy. The bronze alloy worm gear and surface-hardened alloy steel worm drive realize self-locking, low noise and minimal backlash, with excellent wear resistance.
Boasts an IP65 protection rating (IP68 optional) with phosphating and plastic-sprayed cast aluminum alloy housing and stainless steel fasteners, operating stably in -40℃ to 85℃ (customizable for extreme temperatures). With outstanding corrosion resistance.
Integrates full intelligent protection (torque overload, motor overheating, phase sequence protection) and optional permanent magnet synchronous motor with variable frequency drive. Cutting energy consumption by over 30% vs conventional asynchronous motors.
