CKDYJ Series
The CKDYJ Series Intelligent Part-turn Electro-hydraulic Actuator is an independently developed mechatronics-hydraulics integrated terminal control device by Yangzhou Hengchun Electronics Co., Ltd. As a high-performance part-turn electro-hydraulic actuator, it adopts a modular integrated design with a built-in hydraulic pump and oil tank, eliminating the need for external oil supply and reducing on-site installation complexity. This intelligent valve actuator perfectly matches butterfly valves, ball valves, gate valves and other valve types, supporting remote/local/infrared control modes, and is equipped with ESD emergency shutdown and manual emergency operation functions, ensuring safe and reliable operation in various working conditions.
This industrial actuator boasts outstanding performance with multiple core advantages. It features a wide output torque range (800 N·m – 290,000 N·m) to adapt to heavy-duty valve control demands, with a fast response speed (5 Hz) and high control accuracy (< 0.15% of full stroke) for precise flow and pressure regulation. The cover-free commissioning design enables parameter setting via panel buttons or non-intrusive infrared configurators, improving maintenance efficiency. Equipped with automotive-grade 32-bit ARM microprocessors, it has strong anti-interference capability and high reliability. A large-screen OLED display with a Chinese-English HMI clearly shows position, pressure and fault information, and the comprehensive data logging function facilitates traceability. It reaches a maximum IP68 protection class and has explosion-proof ratings of Ex d IIB T4 / Ex d IIC T4, suitable for harsh and hazardous environments. Additionally, it has dual overpressure protection, power failure position holding, zero-leakage design and servo motor speed regulation to prevent water hammer, with low maintenance requirements. Multiple communication modes (analog, digital, PROFIBUS, MODBUS) enable seamless integration with DCS/PLC systems.
