Domestic High-End Gas-Hydraulic Actuator Technology Achieves New Breakthrough: CKQY Series Passes National-level Appraisal

On July 25, 2025, the national-level appraisal meeting for the CKQY Series Gas-Hydraulic Actuators was successfully convened in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, co-hosted by the China Machinery Industry Federation (CMIF) and China General Machinery Industry Association (CGMA).

Jointly developed by Yangzhou Hengchun Electronics Co., Ltd. and the South China Branch of PipeChina, the CKQY Series has successfully passed rigorous technical evaluations, witnessed factory testing, and industrial application validation. Endowed with independent core technologies and superior performance, the series has attained national-level appraisal, marking a major technological breakthrough in high-end gas-hydraulic actuators for China’s oil and gas storage and transportation sector, with key performance metrics meeting advanced international standards.

The appraisal committee highly recognized the product’s structural design, performance parameters, material selection, and quality management system. The CKQY Series encompasses both high-torque and medium-small torque models, with a broad torque range to cater to the diverse requirements of different pipeline applications.

Key Technological Innovations

• Pressure-adaptive pneumatic control system enabling precise pipeline pressure regulation

• Integrated electronic control unit (ECU) with real-time pressure monitoring and emergency shutdown capabilities, enhancing operational safety

• Innovatively designed hydraulic cylinder integrated with liquid level detection for real-time operational status monitoring

• High-precision load testing system for large-torque models and ultra-low-power solenoid valves (≤1.8W) for medium-small torque models, achieving energy efficiency

Stringent third-party testing and over 16 months of stable on-site operation at PipeChina's transfer stations have fully validated the product's reliability and durability.

With complete independent intellectual property rights (IPR), the CKQY Series breaks the foreign monopoly in the high-end gas-hydraulic actuator sector, providing robust support for the localization of key equipment in long-distance oil and gas pipelines and safeguarding national energy security.
