CKDJII Series
The CKDJII Series Angular Stroke Intelligent Electric Actuator is a cost-effective quarter-turn electric actuator independently developed by Yangzhou Hengchun Electronics Co., Ltd., a professional China manufacturer of industrial actuators. Engineered for precise control of butterfly valves, ball valves and damper baffles, this intelligent electric actuator is widely deployed in high-demand industrial automation scenarios including power plants, petrochemicals, metallurgy and water treatment. Integrated with an industrial-grade microprocessor and non-intrusive infrared remote control technology, it enables parameter setting and fault diagnosis without cover opening, while its robust transmission structure and high-protection housing make it suitable for harsh and even explosive working conditions.

The CKDJII Series Angular Stroke Intelligent Electric Actuator adheres to strict manufacturing and quality control standards. Its core transmission components adopt bronze alloy and alloy steel for wear resistance and self-locking performance at all speeds; the control section and junction box are isolated with double seal protection to safeguard electronic components. All end cover fastening bolts use stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, and the product fully complies with EU 2004/08/EC (Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive) and 2006/95/EC (Low Voltage Directive), as well as EN 61000 harmonized standards. For after-sales quality guarantee, the actuator provides an 18-month whole machine warranty and a 24-month warranty for core components (motor, controller, etc.), with lifelong maintenance service offered after the warranty period.
